What happens if I decide not to sell?
If you have posted us your items ( if we do buy them we pay for your postage as well ) and after we have valued them and made you an offer which you decide not to accept then we will then send them back by Special Delivery Free of Charge.
How do I get paid?
Once we have valued your items we will contact you with an offer and once accepted we will pay you by bank transfer within an hour. This is the safest and quickest way for you to receive your funds. If you prefer to be paid in cash this can be arranged.
How do you value my items?
Once we receive your items one of our experts will value them. We use the current Gold Spot Price to value your items and if not hallmarked we will test them. We do take in consideration any gemstones or watch parts which are not of value to us. These can be returned to you if requested. Our price guarantee means you will be getting the highest price for that day.
